Digital Image Compatibility

Full Field Digital Mammography (FFDM) is an emerging new technology using computers and specially designed detectors to produce a digital image of the breast that can be displayed on high resolution monitors. Clinical feedback from our "digital" customers reinforces that nipple marking, first and foremost, continues to serve as a landmark for determining the exact location of areas of concern. Mole, scar and mass marking serve to locate, characterise and document any areas of interest on the breast.
