The Infinity LX Medical Image Server is a high reliability DICOM storage device for today’s demanding image storage applications. It provides an exceptionally fast, redundant, safe repository for all your image data. This server includes up to 7.7TB of usable storage in a RAID 5 protected configuration. Additional reliability is provided by a hot spare drive, mirrored operating software drives, redundant power supply, and redundant cooling fans. Infinity provides sustained high-speed DICOM-store transfer rates of 50 MB/second. This fundamentally improves workflow by storing all modality data including thin slices and reconstructions for immediate access. Additionally, Infinity LX optimizes PACS storage usage by enabling selective forwarding of only the data required for long-term archive.
